The word ‘Bula’ carries a special meaning in Fiji. Though its literal translation means ‘life’, the word is often used as a greeting, and carries associations of welcomeness, love, health and happiness. These are the values that guide the Bula Batiki journey.
Fijians are incredibly welcoming. No sooner will you have set foot on Batiki than find yourself being invited into the homes of the islanders for a hearty meal. Come visit us and see for yourself!
We love what we do. We love our island, our culture, our coconuts, and what’s more, we love Fiji! We show you what life on Batiki is like, and hope that you’ll come to love our coconut oil as much as we do, knowing exactly where it was made, and who has made it!
Coconut oil is incredibly healthy; filled with good fats, and none of the bad ones!
We also look after the health of our island and the surrounding ocean. There are no roads on Batiki, or pollutants seeping into its waters, either. We aim to keep Batiki as majestic as it has always been!
Living in Fiji, and on an island as breathtakingly beautiful as Batiki, it’s hard not to wake up with a big bula smile on your face!
