Bula Batiki delivers coconut oil hand-made by the three hundred villagers who inhabit Batiki Island, Fiji.
We use all of the proceeds from the sale of our coconut oil to fund our island’s long term development, and enable educational, healthcare, and organic farming initiatives on Batiki.
One hundred percent virgin coconut oil gifted to us by the coconuts of the ‘Vu ni Niu’ (coconut palms) scattered across Batiki.
We crack open six whole coconuts into every jar of our coconut oil, using a method called ‘cold-pressing’. Each jar is free from gluten, lactose, and cholesterol, too!
Once our jars are packaged up, and then posted all over the world straight from the island—a little pot of Fiji for you to enjoy!
Our home, Batiki, is a remote island in the Lomaiviti archipelago, off the Eastern coast of Fiji’s mainland: Viti Levu.
Batiki wakes us up gently each morning to a dawn chorus of Pacific Kingfishers, Fijian Parrotfinches, and Fan-tailed Cuckoos, underlaid by the lapping waves of the South Pacific Ocean.
Batiki is also known for its fertile volcanic soil—one of the reasons why the island is blanketed in the coconut palms that give us our jars of coconut oil.
